上一堂的service class，我们很幸运的可以学习除了expresso和普通coffee以外的coffee.ermmmm很复杂，我也忘光光了。因为我不是陈豪，不是coffee爱好者。可能Rose比我了解更多，哈哈。 咖啡的机器一点都不容易，冲不一样的coffee又要按不一样的按钮，参不一样的东西，pattern很多。如果现在问我lattle是什么，我还记得，应该是expresso参milk。fuyoohhhh..macam yes! erhemm...其他的我忘了，pattern很多@@
fuyoohhh,macam yes! 这是我班同学做的，第一次就会做出lattle art了！他懂得真多，只有他会回答负责教beverage的lecturer的问题。因为他在secret recipe做过。所以有时候去做下part time也不错，可以学习到很多，也许那一天可以用得上。好可惜，我还没有有part time的经验就开学了。羡慕theng和nan，相信她们对“小鸟”的pattern很熟悉。（听说安亲班，要帮小孩,,,,,,冲凉。erhemmm*）aiyerrr，不是我讲的，不是我讲的！:p

超幸运的！第一个学期，第一堂butchery class，就有turkey给我们切！幸运。而且每人还一只turkey。学费不是白给的，哈哈:p 而它们就很不幸，因为第二个星期上课时，我看见它们被用来做stock而已= = ，真浪费！

昨天，穿它presentation，结果穿了半天脚跟就被磨到脱皮流血了，夸张！幸亏，搭车回家时，换了双拖鞋，不然一定跌倒。昨天也是很倒霉！4点放学，7点多才回到家。在kl sentral时巧遇dee dane和zhi quan，他们也是放学回家。然后一起搭ktm回。火车开到一半坏在路中！wtf，早上去时也是酱，那时还穿这heels在火车里等了半个小时，然后才开门，过对面的火车，挤到！我是被推进去的！回时，又坏！在putra那站下车，又等火车来。等了近1小时才来，来了两趟都挤不进。第三趟才记得进。倒霉！遇到咸猪手，wtf！最近真的很倒霉。为什么我国的ktm那么烂！我宁愿他们用什么book voucher，每人一百啦，拿来发展火车！ 每天早上搭车也一定会听见有人骂架。aduh..
浪费了，变成水水了/:(
第三堂的pastry class。还是roti！
不是pink day。 是 31st，有31%discount。那天上课到一半时，哥哥 text我叫我去买。所以现在有什么discount，他都会叫我去买，他是我的广告。那个格子的，就是我上service class的衣服，很难看！很像aunty。
等车的人很多很多。
无聊，没有玩过干冰= = ， 起初买雪糕外带时，里面有放了几粒干冰。我还以为是冰块，所以就拿起来把玩。结果越来越不对劲。手指越来越烫，很辣！还脱皮，手指硬了。我朋友告诉我那是干冰（笨到*） ，会吸水份。 = =
忘了什么名堂的soup。
重点是中间的garnish。上次就是上网学切这个pattern切到手指。看似很简单，原来自己切时，真的不简单。好希望以后的学期，有得上garnishing。:)

LOL . He stole the meat! Actually that day we using chicken bones to make white stock. ONLY bones, but last lesson some guys didn't cut properly and clean so still got meat stick with the bone. YEA. He cut off those meat from there and stole some ingredient like herbs from chef's station to cook meat for himself! Hahhaah, die laughing me, clap hand for u BOSS:)

Every tuseday morning when in train, not forget to memorise MENU wth! Please I don't want be waitress.
Monday, day before valentine's day.Since I da bao alots bread and cake in my pastry practical class so I share with hotel management's friend, because she having practical class also, her culinary lab just opposite my pastry lab. She doesn't have any container or plastic bag for da bao and we find all the lab and even cafe and restaurant also don't have. Then we went hotel's restaurant on the same level also to get a plastic bag, finally.. woww. Damn lucky, because it's already 6pm, they started to sell all the bread and cakes in half price, OH YEA! I bought myself a piece of cheese cake.oh, before i decided to buy, the cashier saw my container and asked me what's that. I like sharing! Then I gave him a doughnut and a scone. In the end, when I paying for my cake,, he said he belanja me! Woww. Bagus!
muahaha. use a doughnut and a scone to exchange a piece of cake in hotel. This was my first time muahaha, so next time I should bring my bread and cake after practical class to exchange a piece of nice cake, sounds so greedy weih just kidding la. All the products not nice pun. I means mine la haha:p I don't dare to do that anymore.
valentine's day. Nothing special because still need to attend Malaysian studies class and service class.@@ History kills me! Somemore having pop quiz...
庆祝农历新年？其实那天是情人节！难怪那么多人穿红红的衣服，也有很多女生穿旗袍。整天的气氛很奇怪，明明是2月14日却在庆祝新年。
大家都在准备。听说还有表演看，夸张。明明新年过了一个星期。
还有很大盘的捞生= =有16盘那么多。还是很奇怪，明明这一天是情人节。
这一天，我还有mini orientation，所以整天很累没有休息时间。orientation过后，他们有招待我们一些食物，不错下。然后我看见巧克力吃不完，还有剩，就拿盘放了几个巧克力，去malaysian studies时送给lecturer。没有想到他很开心，其实是我在mini orientation时偷拿的，哈哈哈:p
放学后，我自己一个人搭车。回家前，去了14楼的酒店餐厅买半价蛋糕，因为已经过了六点。结果被前面的aunty扫完了。ishhh！情人节也不留块蛋糕给我。结果只好买两粒muffin。 排队等那个aunty时，望望四周围，感觉很冷，因为餐厅布置得很美，挂满了心型的气球，很浪漫！厨师们忙着摆食物，感觉很好吃！应该是晚点会有情人buffet吧。当时的心情就是很羡慕待会儿的情侣在那么浪漫的坏境下庆祝，然后自己有种forever alone的感觉，哈哈。最后，我就是一边等火车，一边走路去搭车时，一边吃我的muffin， 这对我来说很浪漫了，哈哈哈，傻的:p

上课一半时，有位学长进来拿走了我和姐姐切好的鸡腿。结果过后他拿这个来换。很好吃的cookie：）
