food testing time!!!!
server of the day!! I was the waiter for yesterday class. wtf my very first time feel so confident and brave being a waiter. I still remember last time when my sem one's service class, even I was in beverage team I also scared to pour water for the guests! wtf just pouring water only, is not tough!!! But I scared. just say :" warm water or cold water?" when asking the guest, my body was shaking!! mygoshh!! my first time being so natural in front of them, was taking order, explaining menu for them, up-selling our menu, asking for any request, clearing plate, replace cutlery, solve the complain from guest.... all of this were what I did yesterday. my first time in my life taking so many captain order. happy!!!:)

yesterday we served quite many guests, we all have no time to eat our staff meal, even kitchen crew also have no time to cook for us. after night class we just da pau all the leftover food. tuna tataki in de container!!! :)
