Macaroons wee wee. (my second time to make macs*) Please don't ask me what flavour is it. But I can tell u the filling just normal whipped cream. Ermmm the fancy colour just because of the good helper in pastry term---- food colourings!! hahaha that's all about it.
Looks macam yes. But really yes ma, at least look better than last time muahahahah, that one really shitttttt!! :D so happy when saw the nice and smooth skin, otherwise really will driving mad. want a bite?
Behind the scene muahahahaha!!! A lot failed too, most of them stick to the parchment paper and not really can lifted from the paper. FAILED! Cooking time again. and for this big burnt macs..errmmm..
Today I tried to make macs again since my second time can see the result, unless not like the first time shittt!!! wtf the first batch to the oven all crack!!! sakit hatinya T.T whyyy.. !@#$#%^&*$$#@@ bla bla bla, what is feet?!

with chocolate fillings. spent seven hours to make this. Do u believe?! So I think this was my last time to make it. wtf have to sift the almond flour for more than one hour each time. And my "big" oven too. Time to upgrade the "big" oven please muthu.:D
AND one batch only 20% boleh tengok/ Finally I know why macaroons selling so fking expensive outside. teeheee:D
